We work on a small retainer used exclusively for pre-approved expense categories, with fees paid based solely on results agreed up front. We will sign a nondisclosure agreement. The fruits of joint success are shared. Failure costs both parties. Difficult problems require a management partner willing to make real changes when they are required.
